Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes an item may not work for you and you’ll want to return it to us for a refund.
You have 28 days from the day of delivery or the day the order becomes available for collection at your nominated store or collection point to return an item to us for a refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
We aim to refund you within 7 days of receiving your return.
We inspect all returns. All items must be returned unworn/unused and in the same condition as when they were received and in their original packaging in order for us to issue a full refund.
We do not accept returns for gift cards.
Returning after 28 days
We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the 28 day returns period.
Product Condition
It's fine to try on an item like you would in a store, but please don't wear it for too long. If an item is returned to to us in unsuitable condition (worn, damaged, etc.) or outside of the returns period, we won't be able to give you a refund.
Responsibility
The customer is responsible for postage cost when returning goods to us.
Returned items are the responsibility of the customer until they reach our warehouse, please ensure your return is packed properly and can't get damaged on the way to us.
Please retain your proof of postage until we confirm your refund, just in case you need to contact us about your return.
